Box Rules


  1. Sign up for class at This helps your coach plan for class sizes.
  2. Be on time.
  3. Leave your ego and all drama at the door.
  4. Know who you are working out next to. Introduce yourself to new people and be encouraging.
  5. Clean up after yourself. Put away all equipment when done and wipe down anything you sweat, bleed or cried on.
  6. Try hard and work hard. Always have fun and push yourself.
  7. Listen to your coach!
